TERMINATION OF USE
You agree that Merq, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Merq website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use said Resources will immediately cease.
GOVERNING LAW & GENERAL PROVISIONS
You understand agree that this User Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the province of Ontario and federation of Canada and that this User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and federation of Canada. You agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this User Agreement shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this User Agreement, which shall continue to be enforceable.
